Service & Turnaround

Broydy Ltd provides custom embroidery services on garments and accessories supplied by the client or sourced by us.

Our standard turnaround is within 5 working days of receiving your item. We always aim to work faster and will keep you updated. Turnaround times may vary during busy periods — we will notify you in advance of any delay.

We will send you a digital preview of the design for your approval before embroidering. Work begins only after your confirmation.

Sending Your Garment

We will provide a prepaid Royal Mail postage label and parcel bag. Please drop the parcel at any Royal Mail post office — there is nothing to pay at the counter.

Please ensure the item is clean and free from damage before sending. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage.

Once embroidered, your item will be returned via Royal Mail 48-hour tracked delivery. We will share the tracking number as soon as it is dispatched.

Delicate & Unusual Fabrics

Machine embroidery is suitable for most fabrics including cotton, denim, canvas, fleece, and polyester blends. However, some materials carry a higher risk.

Higher-risk fabrics include: thin polyester, delicate knitwear, silk, sheer tulle, stretch fabrics, leather, and items with multiple layers (e.g. padded body warmers). We will always advise you on suitability before proceeding.

If your item is made from a delicate or unusual material, we will discuss the risks with you in advance and only proceed with your explicit written confirmation.

Our Liability

If we damage your garment: We will offer either a replacement garment of equivalent value, or a refund of the garment's purchase price, up to a maximum of £100. For higher-value items, we will discuss liability with you before accepting the order.

We are not liable for: pre-existing damage, colour changes from washing after delivery, or dissatisfaction with a design that was approved by you at the preview stage.

We take great care with every item. In the rare event something goes wrong, we will always try to resolve it fairly and promptly.
Payment & Cancellation

Payment is required in full before work begins. We will send an invoice by email. Work starts only once payment is received and confirmed.

Cancellations: If you cancel before we begin work, you will receive a full refund. If work has already started, we are unable to refund embroidery costs, though we will return your garment.

Quality issues: If the finished result does not match the approved design — incorrect text, wrong placement, or poor stitch quality — we will redo the work at no charge. If the embroidery matches the approved design and the dissatisfaction is a matter of personal preference, we are unable to offer a free redo or refund.

Returns: As embroidery is a custom service, we cannot accept returns unless the item has been damaged by us or the work does not match the approved design.

Design & IP

By submitting a logo or design, you confirm that you have the right to use it. Broydy Ltd is not responsible for any third-party intellectual property infringement arising from client-supplied artwork.

We may photograph completed work for our portfolio and social media, unless you request otherwise in writing before the order is placed.
